These are the best performances achieved using Open specifications by Athletics Wollongong (or Wollongong Southern Flame) athletes since the club's inception in 1958. In many cases the record may not be accurate, if you know someone who has achieved a better standard, please contact the club with the details and we will verify.
Performances are eligible for Best on Record status if they are achieved at recognised competitions. Athletes wishing to have a performance considered should submit details to athleticswollongong@gmail.com. Note that only results from events of appropriate standing will be accepted, with the Committee retaining final discretion on eligibility.
