Chase Grant, Chelsy Wayne and Maiya Hewitt will be flying the Aussie flag in Oregon this August, taking on the best junior athletes in the world.
It's an incredible honour for them to be selected as part of the national team contesting the U20 World Champs, but it does come with a significant financial cost - Athletics Wollongong are hoping to ease it for them a smidge.
Come along to Wiseman Park Bowling Club on Saturday, June 20th. There'll be barefoot lawn bowls fun, along with some games and prizes.
The event will be suitable for all ages, kicking off at 3pm. There will be voluntary activities planned up until 6pm, with attendees welcome to stay on at Wiso's afterwards.
